Competition Entry
1. Organiser & Eligibility This skill-based competition is organised by Simaj Tek Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees of Simaj Tek Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact details you provide.
2. How to Enter To participate:
Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
Answer the skill-based question (e.g., "What will be the processor of the iPhone 17?").
Complete the payment process.
Terms of Entry:
Your participation is only confirmed after receipt and validation of payment.
Only one answer per order can be selected, and this answer will apply to all tickets in that order.
Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional requirements specified on the competition page.
We reserve the right to exclude any entry that does not comply with these terms.
Your entry will be automatically cancelled if your payment is rejected or disputed.
The competition ends on the date specified on our website. We reserve the right to extend the closing date up to three times, for a maximum of 30 days.
Transactions will appear as "SIMAJ TEK LTD" on your bank statement.Prizes
1. Prize Draw & Notification
Winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries within 14 days of the competition closing date.
Winners will be notified via email at the address provided during entry.
Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided. If we cannot contact the winner or if delivery fails despite reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another winner.
2. Prize Details
Prizes are as described on our website (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, AirPods, or cash alternatives).
We reserve the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value.
We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. If you do not receive your prize within a reasonable time after notification, please contact us.
Winners outside the UK are responsible for any taxes, duties, or shipping fees.
Prizes are provided "as is" without any warranty regarding quality or suitability.

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to another winner.
